Ship this as a gift? 國外買家常見避稅小技巧。

昨天有位M姓學員在eBay上收到買家訊息,慌張的不知所措,內容如下:

Dear, Please, ship this as gift. Thank you.
這…我該會怎麼處理,我還要再回客戶訊息嗎?

通常買家為了規避進口稅,會要求賣家將包裹標記成”禮物”,並將物品價值低報(歐洲免稅額22歐元,英國免稅額22英鎊,巴西免稅額45美金,日本、澳洲跟美國免稅額大約都可以到500美金左右…)以規避進口關稅。通常實務上收到上類的訊息可以用下列的訊息回覆對方,出貨時將簡易報關單或提單標記為禮物並將物品價值填寫在US$50以內。

“Thank you for your inquiry. We will mark it as a gift and declare it’s value under US$50 when shipped it via air parcel. However, please note the local custom might still charge you a import duty even we do so”

如何處理PayPal Unauthorized Claim未經授權付款案件

如何處理 Paypal Unauthorized Payment 通知

您是否有在買家付款後收到Paypal 寄出以下 unauthorized payment通知??

此通知內容建議賣家在Paypal 完成調查前先不要將物品寄出

但許多賣家為了維持eBay 上的 eTRS 表現而必須在一天內出貨

現已與Paypal確認, eBay 賣家可在收到付款後立即出貨就算收到此通知

若是款項最後確定是 unauthorized payment被撤回, 賣家只需在 Paypal Resolution Center中上傳運送證明 Paypal 就會賠償

因此各位賣家可安心的在 eBay 要求的 handling time 內出貨, 不用因為收到Unauthorized Payment通知而延遲出貨時間

運送證明必須顯示運送日期及與 Paypal 交易詳情中一樣的收件人地址 (至少顯示縣市/州省或郵遞區號)
