如何處理 Paypal Unauthorized Payment 通知

您是否有在買家付款後收到Paypal 寄出以下 unauthorized payment通知??

此通知內容建議賣家在Paypal 完成調查前先不要將物品寄出

但許多賣家為了維持eBay 上的 eTRS 表現而必須在一天內出貨

現已與Paypal確認, eBay 賣家可在收到付款後立即出貨就算收到此通知

若是款項最後確定是 unauthorized payment被撤回, 賣家只需在 Paypal Resolution Center中上傳運送證明 Paypal 就會賠償

因此各位賣家可安心的在 eBay 要求的 handling time 內出貨, 不用因為收到Unauthorized Payment通知而延遲出貨時間

運送證明必須顯示運送日期及與 Paypal 交易詳情中一樣的收件人地址 (至少顯示縣市/州省或郵遞區號)
